Contracts
The purchasing contracts are a series of agreements that
allow state agencies to purchase various commodities at pre-negotiated prices
without the time and expense of bidding or writing specifications. Not-for-profit organizations and municipalities can use the contracts as well. Your agency will enjoy better lead times, better pricing than is generally available on the open market, and the ability to purchase pre-approved products appropriate for your project.

Included with every purchase are detailed product specifications, processing of the order, freight, delivery, and installation at your site. Warranties are provided. Upon request, OFI will also provide Interior Design and Move services as part of the agreement to purchase furniture and floor coverings under the provisions of the purchasing contracts.
